Fifth Element was established in 2016 to support investors seeking to enter established world property markets. We work with Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Private Equity firms and High Net Wealth individuals to source commercial real estate discreetly and professionally. We also provide an easy, on the ground solution for European and US property developers looking for funding from Asian and European investors.

We focus on the core real estate sectors of: Office, Hospitality, PBSA, Healthcare, and Residential. We also increasingly work within the alternative asset sector, looking at Micro-Living, PRS, Data Centres and Logistics.

At Fifth Element, we identify ourselves as a boutique consultancy that provides the high level of service that discerning investors deserve. We dedicate time and resources into fully understanding the opportunities we believe are right for investment and delivering highly detailed information to our clients.

We look for locations with the right conditions for market entry supported by strong macro-economic cases underlying investor sentiments. Learn more about some of these markets here.

We facilitate introductions between investors and developers with a transparent and straightforward approach.

We go beyond simply delivering good advice. We offer a seamless service that overcomes many of the challenges that property acquisitions encounter. We research the markets, identify the projects, negotiate on behalf of our clients and, where required, handle the onward asset management that is crucial to a successful investment.

Over the course of many years, we have built up trusted relationships with key European and US real estate professionals, many of whom work exclusively with Fifth Element for their service delivery into Asia and beyond. These are partners with established track records that will work with our clients to support the long-term viability of European real-estate on investors’ portfolios.
